Innovation often comes from multi-disciplinary teams coming together to bring new perspectives to solve old problems. In this talk we will argue that hackers possess mental models that allow them to be great business decision makers. We will discuss how we can use programming paradigms and engineering principles to program a startup culture. By allowing hackers to build decision making algorithms, it will be easier to make sound business decisions and improve the execution of strategic plans.
